Protecting your personal data matters to us. On this website personal data is processed only to the technically necessary extent and within the framework of applicable law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Server log files
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of the server request and the IP address. This data serves solely to ensure secure and trouble-free operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.
Contact and enquiry form
If you contact us via the enquiry form, the details you enter (name, email address, phone number, company, subject, message and an optionally attached file) are processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry and forwarded to Jutta van den Berg by email and messenger. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The data is not passed on to third parties without your consent and is deleted as soon as the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations conflict with deletion.
Browser storage
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics or advertising services. Your browser's local storage only holds the confirmation of the privacy notice. Your language is not stored — it is part of each page's address. This information never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.
Map (OpenStreetMap)
The location map is only loaded after your explicit click. Before that, no connection to OpenStreetMap is established. When loading, your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

This website links to external music platforms (including Spotify) and to WhatsApp. These services are only called up when you click; from that point the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
